Hilda Jimenez is a distinguished holistic practitioner and spiritual healer based in Miramar/Pembroke Pines, Florida. With over a decade of experience in energy work and body-based therapies, she weaves together ancient shamanic wisdom and modern healing sciences to create transformative experiences for individuals and groups.
Her journey began with a foundation in sound. In 2016, Hilda graduated with a degree in Music Production and Mixing Techniques, which opened her awareness to the vibrational nature of the universe. Her studies in sound and resonance eventually led her to become a certified sound therapist, understanding how frequencies influence energy fields and emotional well-being. Today, she specializes in sound bath ceremonies and chakra harmonization using crystal bowls, tuning forks, koshi chimes, and other vibrational instruments.
In 2025, Hilda earned her certification in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) from the official Dolores Cannon Academy. This powerful modality allows clients to access past lives, subconscious wisdom, and higher guidance, supporting deep personal healing and spiritual awakening.
She is also a certified Gendai Reiki Hō Master Teacher (Shihan), having completed her Shinpi-den (Master) level training at Divine Love Institute. Hilda continues a sacred lineage of Reiki practitioners that includes Usui Mikao, Kan’ichi Taketomi, Kimiko Koyama, Hiroshi Doi, Nancy Haney Duke, and Nancy Livingston. As a member of the Gendai Reiki Network, she teaches all four levels of traditional Gendai Reiki Hō and offers live attunements and certification courses.
In addition to her Reiki and QHHT training, Hilda holds multiple certifications across the holistic spectrum. She is an ordained Minister and Reverend through the Universal Light Church.
Hilda is a certified Sound and Tuning Fork Therapist through Life Changing Energy, a Complementary Medical Association (CMA) registered program. Her sound healing sessions are offered both privately and publicly, including weekly sound bath meditation classes at Ritmo Dance Studio and monthly Full Moon Healing Ceremonies that incorporate energy work, herbal cleanses, and spiritual meditation.
As a certified Herbalist through Ecoversity, Hilda integrates plant spirit medicine, herbal energetics, materia medica, and garden design into her healing practice. Her Limpias (herbal cleansing ceremonies) are rooted in her Ecuadorian ancestral lineage of shamanic healers and are used to clear emotional, energetic, and spiritual blockages.
Hilda has provided energetic realignment and integration services to a diverse clientele, including private clients, corporate employees, and seniors through organizations such as Aetna and Southwest Focal Point Senior Center. Her offerings reflect a holistic, grounded, and sacred approach to reconnecting you to your inner wisdom.
