Service Description

QHHT® & Past life Regression Continuing Session **For returning clients • Approximately 3 hours** A continuation of your Quantum Healing Hypnosis journey, exclusively for clients who have completed an initial session and previously agreed to establish a keyword to support their return to hypnosis. With this foundation in place, we spend less time on the introductory conversation and move more directly into guided exploration, allowing you to deepen your experience and explore new intentions. WHAT TO EXPECT **1. Reconnect & Set Intentions** We begin with a brief conversation about your previous session, any changes or insights since then, and the questions you would like to explore. **2. Guided Hypnosis & Exploration** Rest comfortably as I guide you into relaxation using our previously agreed-upon keyword. This familiar cue supports your transition into hypnosis at your own pace. Within the QHHT framework, we invite connection with the Higher Self, explore the imagery and experiences that arise, and work with your prepared questions. This portion is recorded with your consent. We finish with a gentle return to full waking awareness. **3. Reflection & Integration** We discuss how you feel, what you remember, and any meaningful insights. Your recording will be emailed to you for continued reflection. **Please allow approximately 3 hours for the complete session.** Time spent in each stage varies with your individual experience. HOW TO PREPARE - Reflect on what you would like to explore or revisit. - Bring a short, focused list of questions, typed or clearly written. - Note any insights, dreams, or changes since your previous session. - Eat a light meal beforehand and wear comfortable clothing. - Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs before your session. Continue prescribed medications as directed. - Arrive with curiosity, allowing the experience to unfold without forcing a particular outcome.
