This immersive meditation class is a journey through your chakra blueprint—your personal map of physical, emotional, and spiritual energy. Each session is devoted to one of the seven main chakras, allowing for deep exploration, understanding, and alignment. At the heart of this experience is a detailed sound bath uniquely designed to match the specific frequency of each chakra. Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and shamanic instruments, we bathe the body in vibrational healing, clearing energetic blockages and activating your inner light. What to Expect in Each Session: • Teaching about one chakra’s role, color, frequency & emotional connection • Guided chakra meditation for inner exploration and healing • Sound healing & vibrational therapy specific to that chakra's frequency • Breathwork and visualization to support chakra alignment • Journaling prompts to integrate your experience Structure: • One chakra per session – from Root to Crown • 7 total sessions – offered weekly or bi-weekly • Open to all levels – especially those seeking transformation and alignment This is more than a meditation class—it’s a sacred healing journey into the self.
