First Session + Consultation 2 Hours • $125 Your first visit includes a one-on-one consultation to understand your intentions, lifestyle, and experience with meditation. Together, we'll create a personalized practice designed specifically for you. Follow-Up Private Sessions 1 Hour • $75 Continue building your practice with guided meditation, mindfulness techniques, breathwork, and personalized support to help you cultivate greater balance, clarity, and inner peace.
