Unwind and find inner peace with a spiritual Reiki session at You Are Nirvana. Hilda will guide you through the process of energy healing, helping you to align your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, pain, or simply want to enhance your overall well-being. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. This session is base in 30 - 40 minutes up to 1hour total for recurrent clients. **New Clients requires Connection time to determine what areas need work, this will take approximately up to 1h and half .
