NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT All deposits for in-home services are non-refundable. This honors the time, preparation, and travel reserved for your home healing session. Please provide advance notice if you need to reschedule. **No-shows, same-day cancellations, or inability to access the session space will forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for rescheduling.
