No prior experience needed—just an open heart. Before we begin the meditation, we’ll take a few moments to explore mindful topics that help you set an intention and align your thoughts. These gentle discussions will ground your energy, awaken awareness, and prepare your mind, body, and spirit to receive the deepest possible healing from the sound journey ahead. You will then be guided into a sacred soundscape supported by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chinese gongs, shamanic drumming, Australian didgeridoo, and other sacred instruments.
