What to expect: -Cacao Ceremony — Opening the Heart We begin with sacred cacao, a gentle plant medicine known as the “food of the gods,” to awaken the heart, expand your awareness, and guide you into a deeper connection with your inner world and the spirit of the circle. -Ancestral barrida (energy cleansing) A gentle yet powerful sweep to clear stagnant energy, release what no longer serves, and invite in ancestral support. -Guided meditation with sound bath and sound healing A grounding, heart-centered journey supported by crystal and Tibetan bowls. The layered vibrations help calm the nervous system, balance your energy, and gently bring you back into alignment with your feminine essence.
